Returns and Refunds

We're sorry that you need to return your item. 
Please review our return policies before starting any returns.
You can begin the return process by emailing info@guitarsonmain.com with your order number and reason for the return.
"No Hassle" Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your purchase for a refund or store credit.

New items can be returned up to 30 days from the ship date. 
Used Items can be returned up to 10 days from the ship date. 

For Items Arriving Defective, Damaged, or Malfunctioning

We strive for excellence in the quality of our products, but we acknowledge that issues can occur. If you receive an item that is defective, arrives damaged, or is not functioning correctly, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. To rectify this situation, Guitars on Main will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Important: In the case of damage during shipping, you must verify the damage with our insurance provider to resolve the issue. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to mitigate our losses and process your refund. Refunds for damaged goods will only be issued once the damage has been verified by our insurance provider and the product has been returned to us.

For Returns Due to Buyer's Remorse: We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or needs. If you find yourself in this situation and decide to return your purchase, please note the following:

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • If your item was shipped with our complimentary free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to your return. This fee is instituted to help cover the costs associated with processing your order, including the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur.
  • There are certain situations when returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (if applicable) 
    Gear with obvious signs of use (pick marks, scratches, dings, dirt, etc.) 
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@guitarsonmain.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@guitarsonmain.com and send your item to: Guitars On Main LLC, 84 E Main Street , Mount Joy PA 17552, United States.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
