Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Guitars On Main. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the lower 48 U.S. states unless shipping rates are negotiated. Only used gear qualifies for sales outside of the USA.

* Most orders over $200 qualify for free shipping in the lower continental 48 states. The exception is big bulky items like drum kits or large speaker cabinets.
For all other destinations, please call us for rates

We ship all orders valued at over $200 signature only to prevent theft and packages from getting lost. Please send us a message if you wish not to have a signature required.If you choose not to have a signature required (limit up to $500) for delivery, you assume all responsibility if your order is lost or stolen post delivery. 

Most orders are usually processed and in transit within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Our current shipping providers are UPS and USPS. The following rates are for ground shipping.

Because we use UPS for the majority of our shipping we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Guitars On Main is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy:

We do not ship internationally.
