Program Changes and Termination:
Guitars on Main reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or any of its features, terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice. This includes the ability to adjust point values, redemption options, and eligibility criteria.
Eligibility:
The loyalty program is open to individual customers who create an account on our website or in-store. Business accounts, wholesale purchases, and bulk orders are not eligible for loyalty rewards.
Points Accumulation:
Points are earned on the purchase price of eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Points are awarded only for purchases made directly through Guitars on Main, whether online or in-store.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are personal and non-transferable.
Points Expiration:
Points will expire 12 months from the date of the last purchase or earning activity in your account. If no points are earned within this period, the points will be forfeited without notice.
Redeeming Points:
Points can be redeemed for rewards in the form of discounts on eligible products. Rewards must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Rewards are subject to availability, and Guitars on Main reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Returns and Adjustments:
If items purchased with a reward are returned, the reward's value will be deducted from the return credit. In some cases, this may result in a lower refund or no refund.
If a purchase used to accumulate points is returned or refunded, Guitars on Main reserves the right to deduct the associated points from the account.
Program Abuse:
Guitars on Main reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer's participation in the loyalty program if it is determined that the customer is abusing the program, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating the terms and conditions.
Program abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or manipulating the program in any way to gain points unfairly.
Account Information:
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their accounts. Guitars on Main is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
Limitation of Liability:
Guitars on Main shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the loyalty program, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized access to accounts, or delays in processing points or rewards.
In no event shall Guitars on Main’s liability exceed the value of the points or rewards earned by the customer.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the loyalty program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
