A tribute to the original electric bass design, built with Japanese precision. This Made in Japan Fender Sting Signature Precision Bass captures the look and feel of the earliest P-Basses, with a straightforward design that delivers a strong, focused voice.

Single pickup, direct response. Equipped with a vintage-style single-coil pickup, this bass keeps things simple and immediate. The tone is punchy, clear, and centered in the midrange, sitting right where a bass should in a mix without needing much adjustment.

True Precision Bass body shape. Unlike a Jazz Bass, this features the classic slab-style Precision body. It feels solid and balanced, with a familiar layout that has defined electric bass since the early 1950s.

Made in Japan quality. Fender’s MIJ instruments are known for consistency and clean craftsmanship. Fit and finish are typically excellent, with attention to detail that makes these a strong value in the vintage-style market.

Vintage-inspired playability. The maple neck and traditional specs give it a comfortable, familiar feel. It’s the kind of instrument that invites you to lock into a groove and stay there.
