This is an authentic Kustom Electronics 4-button footswitch, part number 071-0005-01, designed for the Vintage K250-4. It operates controls for Fuzz, Selective Boost, Reverb, and Tremolo/Vibrato. Fully tested with all switches working and indicator lamps functioning. Comes with the original cable and multi-pin connector.
